Some people think making a threat followed by the words "... in minecraft" makes them immune to the consequences of said threat because they meant "only in the game *wink wink*". It's about as useless of an excuse as making veiled threats along the lines of "dear followers, wouldn't it be great if somebody assassinated JFK?"
The commenter either tried to make a joke on it or was actually being serious, and insinuating people should start a revolution. I'm not sure which, but both were unsuccessful.
