5 1 ReplyNewpipe is not the same. LibreTube has a built it proxy to prevent leaking your IP. Newpipe doesn't have that afaik

Just use your own proxy, you can use that for everything
1 1 ReplyWell yes but in that case VPN is better and good VPNs are paid or really hard to set up (compared to just downloading an app) so yea

I use a proxy and route all of the packets except DNS through it using iptables
