The fate of civilian boards that review complaints of police misconduct now lies with Florida Governor Ron DeSantis. Florida lawmakers passed HB 601 to disband civilian-run police review boards.
Investigate his ass.
He’s basically made that illegal also. We used to have much more transparency in the governors spending for example but he’s made sure to close all of that up so nobody knows what he’s spending taxpayer dollars doing.
Investigate that too.
