This implements https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/wayland/wayland-protocols/-/merge_requests/90. Once the matching Xwayland and NVidia driver updates are out, most problems with NVidia on Wayland will be gone.

I can taste the usable wayland experience on Nvidia!
Does anyone know if this is going to fix Nvidia compatibility with valves gamescope?
I don't think Gamescope uses Kwin, but Valve could certainly add similar support to Gamescope.
