Or Passmo. I still fucking had my Passmo cards sitting on my shelf at home and would have brought them if I'd even realized there was a shortage.
Instead, I ended up running around looking for an atm so I could buy physical tickets like a fucking tourist (which I was, but still!!!)
The IC card chip shortages have been going on for almost a year now. I wonder what kind of logistical or production issues are causing this.
