So it's not the rampant misery of the world he helped create and run that is keeping him awake at night, but the fear of the unwashed masses stringing him up for it.

They’re all worried about this. That’s the point of living detached on private islands, yachts, and oil rigs. That’s the point of buying basically private armies and massive security forces. That’s the point of the propaganda machine.
