What on earth is "probable cause" for suspecting someone of being here illegally? Not speaking English as a first language? Being unwilling or unable to provide your driver's license when stopped?

I would agree if we were talking only about the Hispanic / Latinx population. But you're not going to see a lot of black Americans stopped on the suspicion that they're in the country illegally. Likewise with Asians, though to a lesser extent.
Probable cause has to apply to all ethnicities. (I know, haha, yeah, sure.)
Supreme Court just shot down Texas law this one will be too.
