This seems like one of those stockfish even but not human even positions.
I only have a free account so I had to click a few times to get the analysis board. I almost laughed when I saw the move.
I wish it had been a far slower game and black still had many minutes left on his clock. I wonder if he would have found it.
I'm only 1100 so can't really comprehend what they were thinking but that just seems like a crazy line to see. I would have resigned like black did lol.
If it's late game and stockfish calls it perfectly even, that usually means one of the lines leads to a stale mate, in this case, by repetition. That does require both players to play "perfectly" and not make any huge blunders, but I wouldn't say it takes computer players to do that. If this wasn't speed chess, an IM and a GM would find it pretty quickly.
