Best way to set schedules?

Currently I have 3 videos simultaneously in development hell right now.

One is "How Gearbox Ruined Halo Combat Evolved", the other is "Why Eco-Friendly Products are Bullshit", a third is "Content Gulag: Studygram".

My problems are these:

1. No progress. Even in terms of which to start and which to continue
2. Self-confidence be damned. I don't have that.
3. Shitty mic and broke. Saving for an audio interface rn.
4. Burn out. weeks of doing nothing but modding is tiring for me.
