Is this a souls like game?
- No, although it looks like the combat is inspired by soulslike games. It's made by the team that made the Devil May Cry reboot, which had pretty fun gameplay despite Capcom demanding that the story be an edge lord's wet dream.
  
  I'm no expert but it's probably the other way around. Ninja Gaiden was seen as the hardest quick twitch action game well before Dark Souls ever came out. It's a great game if you haven't played it though I can't speak for the sequels
- Yes it is but like nioh (but not as much as nioh) , combat is a bit tactical
