The article can't even offer researcher guidance about ways that hypothetically can resolve this condition, and just suggests to exercise less vigorously. It sounds like research is too early to even hypothesize.

Have had the shit twice now, was vaxxed, so initial symptoms were mild. However, it totally fucked with my heart rate and rhythm for over a year. Still pops up, even now. Do NOT want it again.
