Brent Spiner got to play up this characterization in A Fistful of Datas. The Data in prison cell sounds an awful lot like his Night Court character.

  Yes to Yugoslavian, but the twins were Phil (homeless guy helping Dan all the time) and his brother Will (who showed up when Phil died).
