I have Synology NAS + home assistant in docker.

I'm looking for a DIY solution that is:

• Self hosted (Synology NAS)
• POE powered
• Have a camera and a button (optional: 2 way audio) for alerts
• Can unlock the door remotely (via home assistant)

Basically i want to make a DIY Doorbird.

I was thinking about using a raspberry pi + POE H.A.T+ camera, but I'm not sure if that will work and I couldn't find a tutorial.
