Was the ability to block instances removed?

I remember it being there before, but now it’s not.

No, it requires BE 0.19 and lemmy.world rolled back to BE 0.18.5, so you don’t see it on your server.
- I didn't even know you could roll back.
  
  Or maybe they never updated, I’m unsure. But I think they rolled back due to federation issues.
