Unguided ‘dumb bombs’ used in almost half of Israeli strikes on Gaza (Gifted article - no pay wall)

Legally possible because Israel is not a party to the convention on cluster munitions. Neither Ukraine nor Russia are either.

I can't imagine cluster bombs being useful in urban warfare though.
