Telus - Direct devices to connect to specific AP and/or band

I tried posting this in r/Telus but for some reason the POST button is grayed out. Hopefully someone here can help me out.

I have the white modem/router from Telus and 2 boosters for some reason my devices aren't connecting to the closest AP is there a way I can manually select which band and AP each device connects to?? Quite frustrating how limited the admin interface on the router is now...
