[Serious] How do you smoke weed indoors without odor

There's no way of avoiding it. Regular weed smokers think they don't stink of it when they do, so you're not going to get helpful advice from the smoking community. Smoke outside to avoid a lingering smell in your home. But your hair, skin, clothes (and breath if you're slack on oral hygiene like most smokers) will still smell of weed. Stick to edibles if you don't want to smell like a teenager.

Impossible. The weed in your pocket reeks even before it is smoked. I can home once after a trip and I could immediately smell the weed in my drawer in the next room.

When I vaporize, the smell doesn't last very long. Not sure what kind of weed or vaporizer you use though.

Short answer is you can’t. It’s not just the smoke you blow out of your mouth— just lighting up the j alone is gonna stink up your house, there’s no real way around it. Get yourself a dab pen (dry herb vapes aren’t as bad as a joint but still stink) or even better, stick to edibles.

There's honestly no way to. It sticks to everything. Eventually you become noseblind to it, but if your goal is to hide the smell from others, there's no option but to smoke outdoors, and even then it still sticks to your clothes, hair, etc.

Just stick with edibles. They're healthier for you anyways.

EDIT: oh you said “sploof” so I glanced over it. Seems the term “spoof” (as in to fake) has been telephone’d by stoners over the last 20 years because I’ve never heard “sploof” in my life. Sounds like some Rick & Morty shit.

I just vape live resin carts. The smell is already quite weak, doesn't smell anything like weed half the time, and doesn't linger.

Back in the day we used to stuff dryer sheets in an empty toilet paper roll.

I just googled it and it's called a "sploof."

Anyway, you blow your exhale through that, and it smells like dryer sheets.

Vape, I find smoke to be obnoxious smelling and hard on my lungs.

I have a "man cave" in my garage as it is too small for my car. Comfy chairs, 200Mb Internet, tablet, table, heater. Indoors never smells.

During it's going to smell the whole time, unless you have super good ventilation. Even then it'll smell but it at least won't start seeping into other rooms you don't want it. After that it's just time. As long as you aren't baking a place out weed smell won't hold in fabrics and other items like cigarette smoke does so again it's just time to air out.

Is you are someplace it is legal you can buy concentrates, eg: live rosin, which relativity smell like nothing. I vaporized weed for years; whatever room you are vaping in will smell like vaped weed. The best you can do is keep it to one room. With concentrates someone will only smell them if you open a container and bring it to their nose, or if they walk through your exhale. I use a an e-coil and a banger, the alternatives are to use a butane torch or a e-cig typle device.

This is not perfect… but:

I pack small bowls - small enough to entirely inhale till the embers go out, so that no smoke comes off the bowl after. Then crack open the outside door JUST enough to blow it all out the crack, then shut the door immediately. You’re basically kissing a tiny crack in the door, then shutting it. A fan won’t work - it’ll blow a bit of the smoke up and down and all over.

99% of the smoke goes into the lungs and out the door. The 1% still smells a bit though. If you cough, you fuck it up.

Then of course the weed itself smells - not much you can do about that. But it doesn’t seep into carpet/furniture as bad as smoke does.

Since you’re using a vape, try a cart (oil) instead and use the lowest temp you can stand. Do what you’re doing or try the window/door-crack method.

If you’re trying to hide it from others who live with you, you can’t. Just go find a spot outside and leave a hooded jacket and gloves there or in your trunk (but only if it’s legal and you can’t be harassed for smells.)

Only foolproof way is to buy edibles that are made elsewhere and keep them sealed. Febreze or dry shampoo can help a little with mild non-smoke smells after opening certain edibles.

Why no sploofs? College years was all about towel on the bottom of the door and a sploof. We didnt have windows that opened but got through it fine

Edibles are odour less. Anyone who doesn’t smoke can smell smoking or vape easily.

To make a vape smell even less, filter through a water pipe, but also, it's still going to smell, light a candle, get deodorizers.

If you have a split AC unit you can put activated carbon mat on top of the inside unit where it takes in air. Clears all smell from inside that room especially if it's a small space. You could probably make a similar contraption with a box fan.

When I smoked I’d use an air purifier, with a window open and fan running, as well as using a sploof (slang for this might be different where ur from) and sometimes burning a candle. All those combined and being sure to dispose of your ash quickly should reduce the smell. Your best option is a dry herb vape though, and that’s better for your health too

I have a friend who used to stuff dryer sheets in a paper towel roll and blow out through that. Believe it or not, it actually helped.

You could invest a ton of money in high powered air purifiers w/ carbon filters that you’re regularly changing + very rapid air circulation (what casinos do), but it will cost you a ton of money and make your smoking room loud as a jet engine.

Honestly - just make the investment in getting a good vaporizer or buy edibles, like an adult.

Don't think it's possible. Smoke smells, so do it outside if you can. Other than that you can vape (which also has its own smell) or take edibles (assuming you also like that experience).

I only smoke occasionally and usually as a group activity, but always outdoors. Edibles are kind of a hassle-free, healthier, less invasive, and more cost effective option. That said, there is something about the shared experience of passing a joint around.

I smoke in the bathroom with the vent fan running. Ain't perfect but it's keeping the stink out of the other rooms

I've always had the idea of a small room or tent, with a carbon filter exhausting outside. While your clothes may smell, the majority of the smoke is filtered and thrown outside.

I don't understand how nobody has brought up dry herb vaporizing? Basically eliminates smell at the cost of using more flower. Cheap rigs are like 60-100 dollarydoos.
