Admins, lemmy 0.18.3 has a bug which stops instances from federating properly

Yeah for this instance the table should be getting updated by snowe later today to fix that
Instance admins should also make sure they're not blocking /nodeinfo/2.0.json to avoid their instance being marked dead.
First the Lemmy update broke captcha and now this. Jeez, instance owners have to be careful.
