is there button/s to view next/previous comment using sync?

It's a show stopper for me if not. I just can't find an option. Does it exist?

Settings shortcut: Comment options > Display navigation bar
- Awesome! How did you link to settings like that? So cool. And I have my navbar!
  
  Just press and hold any setting and it copies a link to itself, then paste that into a comment/post.
  
  I thought it was a jpg. Later I realised it was my actual settings page being shown.

In comment options there's both the nav bar and the option to use the volume rocker to scroll
