The problem I always have with fancy special editions like this is that I don't even read physical books anymore only ebooks. I am even less likely to read the fancy edition as I don't want the wear and tear, so I'll only look at the pretty pictures.
Doesn't stop me buying them mind you...
I hate the Folio Society. Like, how can they put out so many beautiful books that I want to spend hundreds of dollars on? It's just rude.
- I know, right? And they are 1 book away from a complete 14 volume James Bond set at $75 a book. I am willing to spend $1,050. I'm not willing to spend $975 on an unfinished set. :)
