water shut off, housing at risk | 0/351, 12hrs to restore

Hi friends, a Black chronically ill household is fighting multiple imminent shutoffs-- each is a major risk to lease being terminated. Even if not terminated, landlord will yoink their deposit.

we just spend all day Monday trying to restore power that was also very abruptly shut off. their body is paying the price for the stress.

On a older post someone mentioned that by state law they must be granted a legal process before actually being kicked out... but i think its enough to say that we've been attempting to raise this for 7 months. an extra month of court prolongs panic, must be avoided
