Actual clips from Amazon's union-busting training video that was sent to Whole Foods management in 2018. It was then leaked by Whole Worker to the media. #Wh...
Thankfully, Biden recently gave the IRS some teeth to go after millionaires who rely on tax dodging. So there's hope as long as a criminal isn't put in charge to de-teeth the government again.

Wow be on the lookout for people talking to people they didn't talk to before, or people being upset, this is thought police, this is actually, literally, fucking 1984!
Holy shit is this badly done. Starting with no answers whatsoever, why unions are regarded as bad except for "but our customers and partners!" and then a huge load of infodump about potential signs..
I was thinking about this the other day and while I'm sure they would never admit it, I think the reason Amazon is so anti-union is to prepare for automation.
Whenever they can reliably replace all the low-income employees with robots, they will do so. If employees had a union they might be able to stop or slow the replacement of people with robots.
We aren't against unions or organising, but anyone seen doing so is to be immediately reported to their manager's manager's manager so they can be fired immediately kindly defend their right to a direct relationship with the "associate"
"Speed...and customer obsession are not typically associated with unions." Gee, you think?
Usually giant companies like Amazon are overly concerned with optics. So one would think that the long list of "warning signs" to look for in your coworkers' behavior would have made someone go "hey, maybe we should make this a little less fascist before we ok it." Jesus fucking christ.
We didn't get a video, but my first employer (Food Lion, a grocery store) did give us almost an identical spiel about once a year as "mandatory training".
Geek Squad (through Best Buy) is the same way. Worked at a Geek Squad City and they made us take re-education classes about how they were bad and forced us to sign papers stating we would turn in anyone wanting to form a union. This was 2007-2009 and the stress and pressure they had people under to do diags and repairs were not obtainable without sending out poor quality work. Most of the time, I was able to fudge the numbers for my team to keep the targets off their back. Didn't last long and got released because of a remote login program being installed on my terminal. Don't ever take your computer in to be repaired by Geek Squad. The good techs don't last long and the ones that stay behind are bad techs who suck each other off to keep some sort of status. They also encourage holding your hard drive hostage for their backup fees, which were $200-$300 at the time.
Fuck Amazon
Fuck whoever thinks this is acceptable
Fuck Amazon
Fuck their management
Fuck their training
Fuck this union busting bullshit
Fucking make their shitty company pay taxes
Also break them the fuck up
And fuck Amazon
Amazon is afraid of unions. So, you're saying that some workers might not agree? That doesn't contradict the previous statement. Are you arguing in favor of Amazon's actions? Are you criticizing employees who didn't unionize? There doesn't really seem to be any point to your statements.
My apologies for sounding argumentive; my intention is simply to try to understand where you are going with this...
