Fulop plans to bring his successes in microtransit and streetscape redesign to the rest of the state.
Expanding bike lanes, making streets more pedestrian-friendly are other key improvements that could use more statewide resources, he said

NJ doesn't have ranked choice primaries, but my guess is that he wouldn't have won anyway.
