I can't understand the justification for breeding captive exotic cats.
If someone wants to adopt an exotic cat that was rescued from the illegal animal trade, and provide them as good of a life as possible, I can justify that. But breeding a wild animal that's babies will be condemned to captivity doesn't sit right with me.

Regulation and permitting for ALL animal breeding.
Full ban on all animal breeding; adopt don't shop.
I think a legal avenue is necessary to prevent established/responsible breeders from moving to the black market.
But I agree with the sentiment. Animal/livestock cultivation in general has become a harmful practice that we need to reduce or change practices.
