Despite the blatant bait I'm going to take it: do you have any idea how much damage addiction to these substances costs the overall economy of a country? It's a lot and the earlier people start the heavier the addiction is going to be.

Sounds like stricter, more specific rules and higher fines, not like it was legal before.
