What exactly is vegan foam?
Is it foam that's suitable for people on a vegan diet, foam excreted from a vegan, or both somehow?

The only thing I can think of is the protein foam that forms when boiling dried chickpeas. Makes an okay substitute for egg whites

You can do it with a whole bunch of legumes! You can use Navy beans, Cannelini Beans, Lentils, Soybeans, etc.
You'll get different tastes and smells with any you use, though, and you may need to use different ratios of water to get your desired consistency.
