I thought a pod was a component of some vapes (reusable or prefilled) not another name for a disposable?

There has always been horrible reporting by the media when it comes to the vape industry. I'm interpreting that caption written like that to subconsciously influence perception of anything 'pod' to be bad. Years ago when I still vaped, I can't remember how many people would tell me about how I was messing up my lungs and going to get popcorn lung when all media was reporting about those illegal weed vapes filled with vitamin e oil. I blame big tobacco for all these hit pieces..
Now talking about these cheap disposable vapes, I for one think they should be banned as they are all super wasteful with all that plastic and lithium batteries while who knows what is in them.

Fucking popcorn lung, I had fuck loads of people trying to tell me that and it was always specifically the flavour I was using that was bad for you... Did many people actually get it from black market vapes? Or were they being idiots and trying to make their own from an online recipe from some random forum.

In short: They're not "disposable".
It's like "flushable wet wipes", the manufacturers are basically lying. In that you can dispose of them just like you can technically flush the wipes. But it is bad to do so.
This is why disposables are now banned in the UK
