It's always such stupid narrative.

This guy simply has brought Muslims a long way and been successful in portraying a better picture of Islam and Muslims, on how it has always preferred for the wellness of the humanity, oh but yes the extremists who are the slaves to the capitalists wanna talk trash on him now, how absurd and stupid!

I don't see too much of an issue of Mamdani posing with a trans person. Live and let live.
Do yourself a favour and stop browsing that pile of shite for a website. Every single thing postet there (especially on belief and news subs) try to make you angry. A look into that guys account tells me he is pretty much balls deep in the brain rot hate pipeline.
