Tomorrow might really get tough. Having a therapy session and probably a difficult conversation afterwards.

  It was a bit awkward at times and I couldn't say everything I wanted because it didn't really fit in that moment but overall the conversation went pretty well :)
I absolutely do not feel ok today.
