really need some topical ointment for my hands for a medical issue ($15/15) needs met

~~I've been sick, and i have finger swelling and drying, and it has caused a bunch of fissures to erupt on my fingers.

i really, really need to manage the pain and i've run out of the topical disinfectant i have w/ pain reliever.

i dunno. I hope somebody can help. this shit fucking hurts
