FIFA can blame its own arrogance for near-empty Club World Cup stadiums

They repeatedly insist on holding these events in horrible places with abominable human rights issues.

Oh no! But hosting fifa will make America great! What now?
I'm not far from Miami and thought I'd catch a game. Cheapest I've found is 140. I haven't been able to find a single seat that isn't on the resell market. I noticed Philadelphia didn't even bother selling seats in the upper sections. Meanwhile Miami looks half full in the lower sections and about 75% in the uppers.
I'm at the point of wanting a break from football, but even if I wasn't, it would need to take place in Europe where football's biggest audience is.
- South American could be a contender.
  
  The economic situation there gets in the way, sadly.
