Iirc Ramstein and E Nomine were basically my gateway drug that led me to symphonic metal.
Shit still slaps. No fucking clue what they're saying, and no desire to change that: with no meaning in the lyrics, they just melt into the rest of the song as one of the 'instruments'.

And speaking of Hindi, there's Bloodywood, a great metal band from India, that has a few songs entirely in Hindi, and some bilingual ones (English/Hindi). Ajj is one of my favorites, the video is also epic.

Not wholly accurate to say I don't know the lyrics, as I've since gone through and found a translation, but it's not at the fore of my mind while listening. Lo Vi by Amanda Miguel (particularly this live performance) is a stunner of a song.

I just check the translation these days, that's how I know when something in German is a masterpiece.
edit: Igorrr is a kind of outlier pertinent to this discussion, most songs are in an invented nonsense language, the human voice is literally just a musical instrument, here. And I discovered I enjoy it immensely, even approximating the syllables in the shower like a demented Pavarotti.
