Karl Marx led the start of The Terran Empire

I just saw Star Trek Enterprise Season 4 Episode 18: 'In A Mirror Darkly' and I noticed that someone that looks vaguely like Karl Marx leads the mob to raid the Vulcan ship.

Also on another note .... what the hell kind of fever dream did the writers drift into with this side story that lasted a few episodes? They just come out of left field for no apparent reason.

    The mirror universe is a fever dream. A sexy sexy fever dream.

  • We'd all be looking more fondly on Enterprise if they had simply ended the series with this 2 parter.

    • They did end it there. Nothing else is after that. All crew members lived to be 140.

    • What about Demons and Terra Prime? Those were perfect endings to the series.

      • A solid unofficial 2 parter with racist Robocop. It's just the whole sad part with Trip and T'Pol's kid that gets me every time.
