- Worth noting that canonically, Palpatine had the suit intentionally made to be restrictive and annoying/uncomfortable so that Anakon would have to waste his power/energy using the force to help him move, and to annoy him further into the dark side.

  Not exactly intentionally, it was made from random parts, he wasn’t exactly planning on having ani nearly die and have to save his life remember.

Could a simple solution be to do the surgeries on a step stool?
- No, just an upgrade in his programming: EMH -> ECH -> EHGH (Emergency (or automatic) High Ground Hologram)
  
  Instructions unclear, hologram now refuses to perform surgeries, and keeps trying to boss me around!
Given that the doctor was becoming sentient, I wonder if he would refuse to treat the borg queen? He would no doubt have an emotional meltdown for doing so, too.
This is extra funny to FO4 players; Robert Picardo voiced the head of the Synth creation program at the Institute. (And Tim Russ voiced one of the Brotherhood guys).
