Description: A collaboration between Soviet Soyuzmultfilm and Japanese Enoki Films, this movie features some adorable penguins as they grow up in the beautiful and harsh Antarctic and come up against the dangers of Man.
Content Warnings: We will be watching the sanitized English version because it is cuter, at the cost of cutting down on some of the blood and death. A discerning eye will still be able to read between the lines and notice:
- Predation, death of animals offscreen
- Disappearance of a main character with no explanation at all, which I will cover.
