Okay lets ask this kind of questions. We have a rough idea of yours, so we'll add a few extras. How many of the 1,300 killed (or those captured) in Al Aqsa Storm:

Were on duty IDF personnel?
Were off duty IDF personnel?
Were IDF reservists?
Provided any material support to the IDF?
Regularly associated with IDF members?
Lived close to IDF-associated facilities or equipment (i.e. within 100m, within 1km)?
Were close to IDF personnel at the time they died?
Were killed by IDF crossfire rather than Hamas' weapons?
Were 'military aged males'?
Were incentivized by the Israeli government to live in close proximity to the Gaza blockade?
Had made statements in support of the IDF?
Sat in lawnchairs or sofas with popcorn watching the bombing of Gaza in 2014; or have otherwise celebrated acts of violence against Palestinians?
Have personally killed or wounded at least one Palestinian in their life?
Have deliberately spat on at least one Palestinian in their life?
Were students at a university which taught skills with potential military applications?

This should cover at least most of the reasons Israel typically cites for regarding a bombing victim as a legitimate target of lethal violence by way of being either being a combatant themself, being used as a human shield, or choosing to associate themself morally with the actions of a militant group.

For full symmetry we'd have to ignore any answers given by sources from Israel or its allies while blindly repeating unverified Hamas statements in the press, but we'll settle for the truth. We'll also just not count any children as having combatant status no matter what they've done or would have later been forced to to by their leaders.
