Gene Cafe roaster, Hario hand grinder and brewer. I usually do pour over, I do own a French press. If I want espresso, I'll go out for it.

Have you ever gotten GNU/Hurd running on hardware?
Only on a VM. Like a lot of less common OSs, drivers are a problem.
