500 homes to be given to homeless under Sadiq Khan's plan to eradicate rough sleeping

I've seen loads of posts from ~grad on my feed saying how China's provision of homes for the homeless is an indicator of advanced civilisation, so presumably they'll be along in a second to tell me the Sadiq is doing a great thing here?
