ONxpress private consortium, Metrolinx end new 25-year GO Transit and UP operating deal

From what I read, ONxpress have been laying off a lot of maintenance/operations staff.

I'd prefer to keep that expertise within the Ontario public service anyway.

Another private meltdown. Why? What crappy journalism.
