Black background when swiping closed returned on Android 15/Samsung One UI 7

A while ago, Sync contained a bug wherein swiping a post closed would display only a black background until the post closed fully, after which the feed would display as normal.

The behavior stopped for me when upgrading to Android 14/One UI 6.1, but is now recurring for me again on Android 15/One UI 7.0.

Same here. It's unfortunate, but if the bugs keep compounding like this I'll definitely switch away.

Pretty sure the sync app was abandoned by the creator. Hasn't been update in months and have seen other posts by users complaining that they receive no reply when reaching out to them.
Source: recently switched to Thunder app after experiencing too many bugs using sync and found no information for future updates or patches.
- Yeah, I switched to Voyager and then Thunder. Would highly recommend either over Sync now.
- Last update was March 2024. Over a year ago.
- I also switched to Thunder a month or two ago, and would recommend it. If Sync does ever get updated again, I will happily go back to it, but it doesn't seem likely.
- Even though he tends to update it once or twice a year, I switched to Voyager.
  My white whale was full quality images when clicking thumbnails from the main feed.
- My hopium is he'll be back. App is still perfectly functional for me otherwise and I don't feel too strongly motivated to switch yet.
