I'm cool with them as long as they don't mind that they're just going to be vlad 99% of the time.
Examples?

  I like it! I used to annoy my DM anyway, I think comedy names would have went him over the edge.
- I had a guy run a greek-inspried monk named Testicles (pronounced test-ee-cleeze) because he's a murder hobo waitin' for a smitin'
- Stabitha, dwarf assassin.
