It's why polls are basically bullshit. Choose whatever news outlet you want and you will get a different result. All you gotta do is ask people that you know will agree with you and get the results you want. We've been calling bullshit on Family Feud for years but as soon as it comes to politics people just trust the results.

Well, not exactly. I remember before the election, there were polls saying that Trump was gaining fast and that he could win the election. All of Lemmy, laughed and said it would never happen. Some poster even got banned for posting those poll results.
So when Trump won, Lemmy acted suprised af. Because hey decided to disgregard polls that didn't say what they wanted.
So even IF poll are accurate, people like you, will always claim bullshit they don't say what you wanna hear. :)

All I did was point out that there are plenty of people that don't believe polls. Especially on Lemmy. Polls came out before the election that Trump's popularity was rising. Some polls said he could win the election.
Lemmy denied those polls. Lemmy actually banned people from communites for posting those poll results. Fact.
And that fact caused you to call me an asshole? For what? Telling you facts of Lemmy's attittude about polls? Brah, come on now...
