When this finally goes live, keep an eye on the server version number to make sure that you're in one of the servers with the hotfix. The current version number is: 9672945 You'll want to be in a server with a higher number.

Note: This is also the first time I've seen them manually modify an issue council ticket name which is very welcome considering some of the titles I've seen that end up getting confirmed.
