Cross eyed?

This one made me laugh out loud. The guy looks so proud.

My mind says, objectively, this person must be less likely than anyone to rob a bank because they're so easily identified.

But I would still promptly leave the lobby.

That's maybe a me thing, or maybe a "dear Lord, why a face tatoo?!" thing.
