I mean, the economic & health solution is "don't drink".
But if you want to drink less, drinking less is a good solution. Like - just off the top of my head - I dunno, something along the lines of alternating between alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Easy 50% reduction in consumption (tho, more expensive if your intent is to get smashed), can enjoy the buzz of being drunk for longer, stay hydrated and reduce the hangover.

lol it's like when your parents said to drink water with your alcohol they were talking from experience. Guess they just forgot to give it a cool name.
I guarantee if this trend exists a statistically irrelevant portion of those doing it have ever even heard the term “zebra striping”
