Seems since she was violated the first time we could respect her decision this time. A bit paternalistic to presume her justice preference at this point too.

the Royal Canadian Mounted Police said they would not be investigating Kotaska, because the woman hasn't filed a criminal complaint.

Even though they have other witmesses amd can investigate a suspected crime. interesting
