4 0 ReplyNot just the Philippines. AT&T's broadband service in the USA comes with a data cap. One of the reasons why I dropped them. Always good to read the fine print.
5 0 ReplyI wonder if that varies by market/service. I have gigabit in Texas with no cap, at least at far as I know.
