Indian start-up Yes Madam fires employees who indicated being stressed in the survey

Not sure if it's because of the backlash but it seems like that was actually not what they're doing and instead they're giving destress days? Either way this is a bad look for them. Even as a joke it comes off very detached and antagonistic as people are very stressed about keeping their primary sources of income.
