How can she lie about the intention of another person? Not her fault if Biden decides to do whar he is technically allowed to do (although immoral).
And regardless, who really thinks that Trump would not do the same? He lied multiple times, constatly contraddicted himself, and would pardon his cat if he needed to.
The real problem is a country where a president has the power to ignore the law, and where a person can be elected as president even if they have been convicted of a serious crime. The entire system is broken.

Because she is his spokesperson, so she she was hired to speak on his behalf. She's not just some random person they found on the street who gave her opinion.
And it doesn't matter what Trump would or would not do. Biden said he wouldn't do it. And he did it. Once again proving that the current Democratic party is no different than the Republican party. They are a Duopoly and I don't support them. This is one of the reason why.
