I'd suggest they are taking the piss but that is part of their job.
- They're not talking enough of it, just piping it into a river near you.
  
  Well that's shit.
Don't lower prices for the people who you provide a service to, funnel that money to the shareholders! Wait there isn't enough money to keep it flowing into the share holders.... Raise the prices to those you're providing service to!
